If there is a problem with any of our products, you will be notified and informed of when you will receive your order. Orders that indicate a specific manufacturing time will be sent once that time has elapsed.

The shipping costs mentioned above include, in addition to the transport of the products, their packaging in boxes specially designed for transport, insurance against loss or breakage, as well as VAT.

The customer must return the products in perfect condition, and will be responsible for both the costs of the first shipment and the return (which must be managed directly), as well as customs costs, if applicable.

There are items that are not in stock at the time of placing your order, but are made to order for each customer. In this case, the products will be sent once they are produced.

Regarding sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons: it is not possible to return the order, although you can cancel it before shipping by sending an email.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

In addition, all deadlines may be affected during special periods such as Christmas, Black Friday or sales due to high volume of shipments.

In the case of incorrect products or those with any defect, we will refund the full amount using the same payment method chosen by the customer within a maximum period of 14 days.
